The fresh apples that we use in HANOU ciders come exclusively from our own organic apple and pear gardens in Normandy, France.
Our apples are ground and pressed at our own farm. After a spontaneous and slow fermentation on stainless steel tanks, our cider is bottled in individual bottles where a second spontaneous fermentation ensures the fine sparkle. In the triple cider there are two fermentations on stainless steel tanks before bottling and a third fermentation in the bottle.
The “depot” at the bottom of the bottle is full of vitamin B and comes from the natural fermetation on the bottle.
