Accepting payment, within 30 days, of sums due by checks made out to his name in his capacity as a member of a management center approved by the tax administration.
Our conditions of sale do not provide for a discount for early payment. In accordance with the law of May 12, 1980, the delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the price.
